How do I switch my subscription from Monthly to Annual?

How do you switch from Monthly to Annual? First, make sure you are signed in to the Customer Portal and your Subscription is set to Active with Autorenew activated. 

1. Click on "My Subscription" from the menu on the left. 
2. Click "Change Subscription Term".  
3. Choose “Switch to Annual”.  
4. Then click “Renew Now” and enter promo code XXXXXX 
5. Scroll down and click the yellow button “Complete Purchase”.

Note: This process will not work if your Subscription is in "Pending Cancel" status. You must activate "Autorenew" before following the steps above.
