How do I change my personal information in my account?

First, make sure you are signed in to the Customer Portal.

Choose "Contact Information" from the menu on the left. You can edit your Billing Address and Email here. Please note, to update your email address, edit your "Billing Address". Remember to click "Save Changes" to update the information on your account.
