What is the refund policy for a Monthly Subscription?
We stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied or are having compatibility issues, simply contact support for a full refund within 30 days of purchase on a monthly membership.
If you'd like to cancel your Monthly Subscription, you may do so at any time in your Customer Account, under "My Subscription". If you cancel your subscription, it will go into effect at the end of the current monthly period. You will have an active subscription until the next renewal date, at which time your subscription will expire.
Please note, you must cancel your subscription before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month.
