Cinema 4D Texture Kit Pro Installation Guides

Texture Kit Pro for C4D 2023, 2024 & 2025

1. Unzip the TextureKitPro_DB to it's own folder

   
   

   

2. Put that folder somewhere you can find it easily. (We recommend in your user/Documents/ folder.)

3. Go to Asset Browser > Databases menu and select to connect Database and browse for the extracted TextureKit folder.

   

4. Success! You can now find Texture Kit Pro in the Asset Browser:

   

Texture Kit Pro for R20 - S24

Install lib4d file(s)

1. From inside C4D, go to Edit→Preferences.
2. In the Files>Paths section, add a reference to the TextureKitProTextures folder to the File Assets section.
3. Next, click the 'Open Preferences Folder' button.
4. Navigate to the library/browser/ folder and put the GSG_Texture_Kit_Pro.lib4d inside it.
5. Restart C4D.

Success!

If installed correctly, the materials can be found in Browser→Presets inside of C4D.

Texture Kit Pro for R25 - S26

1. Unzip the TextureKitPro_DB to it's own folder

   

2. Put that folder somewhere you can find it easily. (We recommend in your user/Documents/ folder.)

3. In Cinema 4D go to Edit>Preferences and in the Asset Browser section, add a path to that folder.

   

4. Success! You can now find Texture Kit Pro in the Asset Browser:
