Why am I getting an error during checkout?

Chances are, our system is detecting an error because  you set up a customer account before purchasing your items.

Our system is set up to automatically generate your account once you purchase. Please contact support so we can delete the user account you manually created. Please provide the email address you used to set up the account prior to purchase.

Then you can return to our store to place your order as a guest and when your order processes, you will receive info regarding your automatically generated GSG customer account.
