What is Greyscalegorilla Plus for Teams?

Greyscalegorilla Teams subscriptions feature all the same great content as Plus, but with extra features to easily manage multiple users through a single Greyscalegorilla Team admin account. You can invite users, switch users, release licenses and more through your own admin panel. What is the difference between Plus and Teams?

Our individual Plus subscriptions are licensed to single, named users with non-transferrable licensing terms. Per our Terms of Use, individual Plus subscriptions cannot be shared with multiple users or transferred from one user to another. If you need this flexibility, instead consider Greyscalegorilla Teams.

Teams offers an admin panel to manage multiple users, consolidated billing for all your seats on a single invoice, priority support and the ability to easily add-on licenses throughout your annual term. We can even upgrade your current Plus subscriptions to Teams, or offer a solution for your studio's special offline needs. These convenient features are only available for Teams customers.

How do I purchase Greyscalegorilla Teams?

Simply contact our Sales department to purchase a new Teams subscription or "add-on" seats to your current subcription. We'll make sure Teams is right for you, answer all your questions, and provide quick follow-up to your inquiry. Email us at teams@greyscalegorilla.com to get started.

Does Teams have a minimum purchase quantity?

Greyscalegorilla Teams is a minimum purchase of 3 seats. We do not offer Monthly Teams subscriptions. Contact us at teams@greyscalegorilla.com for a custom quote.

Using the Teams Admin Panel

If you have a Teams Manager subscription, you have access to an admin panel to manage multiple users. Follow these instructions to add users, deactivate users and release licenses. If you need additional seats, please email teams@greyscalegorilla.com for prompt assistance.

Access Your Teams Admin Panel

Access your admin panel in your Customer Dashboard under Account Details, then Manage Team.

Managing Users

To invite a User, click on "Invite User". Add the email address of your user and follow the instructions to send the invitation. Invited users will automatically be listed as an Active User and consume a seat.
To move a user to Inactive Status, select the checkbox of the user, then click "Actions" and "Deactivate User". This will move the user to your Inactive queue and automatically release their Plus access.
To move a user back to Active Status, select the checkbox of the user, then click "Activate". This will move the user to Active Status and consume a seat.
Admins will automatically consume a seat; however, you can simply move the admin role to "Inactive" in order free up that seat for another user.
