Where To Find The Customer Dashboard
When you are logged in to the Greyscalegorilla website, you should automatically be sent to the customer Dashboard. If not, just click on the profile icon at the top right of any page, and select the "My Dashboard" option.

You can also set or alter your Primary 3D Application preference here, to ensure that you are receiving emails from us about the Application you want to hear about! Make sure to select the "Save Changes" button after making any changes.

What If I Forgot My Password & Can't Access My Account?
Subscription
Here in the Subscription section, you can view the status of your Subscription, turn Auto Renew On/Off, change to monthly/annual, and update your payment information.
Can I Renew Early?
Unfortunately, our system does not allow for early renewal. If you add your card information, your subscription will be charged automatically on the renewal date listed in the Subscription section of your account.
How to Change Your Subscription Term
If you are a subscriber and would like to change your subscription to monthly/annual, you can find the option to do that in the Subscription section of your account settings. Once you have clicked 'Change to Monthly/Annual Subscription', you should receive an email confirmation...it's that easy!
You may switch the terms of your subscription at any time. You will not be charged until your next renewal.

How to Update Your Billing Address
1. Go to the Billing section of your Account Settings
- Select Edit under Billing Information
- Add your Billing address
- Click Submit
How to Get a Receipt of Purchase/Invoice
You will find all invoices under Billing History.
If you purchased your subscription after June 10, 2025, you will find your invoices in your Billing History. All purchases made before this date will need to be requested through support@greyscalegorilla.com
How To Add VAT Or Make Changes To My Invoice?
If you were unable to add your VAT information at the time of checkout or need to update any information in your invoice, please click here or email assist@paddle.com
Settings
How to Join the Greyscalegorilla Newsletter
If you'd like to stay up to date on our products, new tutorials, and more, you can join our newsletter via the Settings tab. Select "Update Preferences", and enter the email where you would like to receive updates. (Don't worry, we don't spam.)
Want To Unsubscribe from emails?
- Click Update Preferences
- Enter your email address when prompted, and you will receive an email confirmation
- When you receive the email (check spam if you haven't received it), click 'update preferences' and you will be able to update your email settings.
Plus Downloads
You can access all downloads included in your Plus subscription from the Customer Dashboard. This includes Studio, Cinema 4D HUB and free downloads.
