We are based in the US, so our prices are USD.
Do You Charge Sales Tax?
Per state requirements, your Order is subject to state tax. By individual state laws, Greyscalegorilla must collect and report taxes where applicable. If you qualify for tax exempt status, please contact our Customer Support Team and provide the proper certification.

Do You Accept Paypal?
At this time we do not accept Paypal as a payment option.
How to Get An Invoice with a VAT Included?
If you need your company's VAT information added to your invoice, please add it to the second address line during checkout or on your Customer Portal's Contact Information section, where you can change your billing address. To learn where to change your Contact Information in the Customer Portal, please take a look at our
Guide to the Customer Portal documentation.
If you have already gone through the checkout process and need your first Order's invoice updated with the correct VAT information, please contact the Support Team and provide the proper information. During that process, we can also add the info to your billing address for you, so all future invoices include the VAT information as well.

How to Renew Early
If you'd like to renew your subscription early because you have received a promo code, select Account Details from the dropdown menu in the upper right corner, and select the Subscription tab on the lefthand side. Once you are viewing your active Subscription, select the "Renew Now" button, and it will take you to the checkout page, and make sure to enter your coupon in the promo code field.
How Do I Purchase a Plus Subscription?
If you see a blue "Join Plus" button anywhere on our site, you will be taken to the Pricing Page to begin your purchasing process. On this page, you'll be able to choose which Subscription Term you prefer, you will be directed to the checkout page with the Subscription in your cart. Go through the checkout process, and you've got yourself a Plus Subscription!
If you received a code through a reseller or from us at Greyscalegorilla, please go through the purchasing process described above, and simply enter the coupon into the promo code field on the checkout page!
Why Does The Error "You Cannot Add Another Subscription to Your Cart" Come Up?
If you had previously gone through the purchasing process on your account, or in the same session on your browser, and didn't complete the purchase, the cart stays in pending for you until you are ready to complete your purchase. You are welcome to disregard the popup notice, and can still complete the purchasing process, as it will not prevent you from completing it.
