How to Get An Invoice with a VAT Included?
How to Change Your Subscription Term (Monthly/Annual)
- Under the Subscription section of your account settings, click the "Change to Annual Subscription" button.
- Follow the prompts for the checkout process.
- Your Annual subscription will begin the day your Monthly subscription was scheduled to end.
You may switch the terms of your subscription at anytime. You will not be charged until your next renewal date or if you choose to manually renew early.
How Do I Purchase a Plus Subscription?
If you see a blue "Join Plus" button anywhere on our site, you will be taken to the Pricing Page to begin your purchasing process. On this page, you'll be able to choose which Subscription Term you prefer, you will be directed to the checkout page with the Subscription in your cart. Go through the checkout process, and you've got yourself a Plus Subscription!
How to Purchase With A Reseller Code or Promo Code
If you received a code through a reseller or from us at Greyscalegorilla, please go through the purchasing process and simply enter the coupon into the promo code field in the top right corner on the checkout page!
Why Does The Error "You Cannot Add Another Subscription to Your Cart" Come Up?
If you had previously gone through the purchasing process on your account, or in the same session on your browser, and didn't complete the purchase, the cart stays in pending for you until you are ready to complete your purchase. You are welcome to disregard the popup notice, and can still complete the purchasing process, as it will not prevent you from completing it.
Can I pay by invoice?
We accept payment by invoice only for our Teams customers. If you'd like more information about purchasing Teams, please email teams@greyscalegorilla.com.
